Sable is a 100% plant-based business specialising in bagels, cookies and coffee.

We started our business right on the cusp of the global pandemic in March 2020, with the intention of building a hub for the vegan community, in order to display the full potential of vegan food and culture and share a positive plant-based message.

We opened our business with the aim of being able to make a significant impact on the vegan movement, and truly be able to help animals in need.

We experienced immense growth in our first two years, after which we began to outgrow our space and this led us to the launch of a second location.

Expanding our product range and offering, we have developed a range of products which are in high demand from our suppliers, who are struggling to source popular vegan products to fulfil their orders.

The main reason for this being, that most of these products are being sourced internationally.

Considering this demand, we have learned that it would be in our best interest and the interests of the vegan community as well as animals, to enter the wholesale distribution space at scale, with our extremely popular and proven products. All Australian made by your favorite vegan group.

Although our products are ready to go and have been tried and tested over the years, in order to fulfil the volume demands of our suppliers, we will need to make an initial investment in new equipment, delivery systems, packaging and much more.
