For the past five years, my girlfriend and I have faced some of life’s toughest challenges together. Through every bump in the road, our love and commitment to each other kept us going—even when we found ourselves without a place to call home. Recently, we finally moved into our very own one-bedroom apartment, and it feels like a fresh start after so much hardship.

Now, we’re ready to chase our dream: starting a small business together in the food industry. We’ve seen so many taco and burrito vendors, but we want to become the king and queen of breakfast burritos—the power couple who brings something special to our community. Our goal is to serve delicious breakfast burritos and quesadillas at a price everyone can afford, and to make every customer feel welcome. We believe that a simple meal, a friendly conversation, or even a wave can change someone’s day for the better.
