Hi everyone,

My name is Mike, and along with my son Bret, we’re starting a small family business called LitterBee. Our mission is simple: keep local businesses, parking lots, and neighborhoods free of litter so our community can shine.

Every day we see how quickly litter piles up — cigarette butts, cups, wrappers — and how it drags down the look and feel of our communities. LitterBee is our way of changing that. We’ll be providing affordable cleanup services to small businesses and residential complexes, while also teaching Bret the value of hard work, savings, and community pride.

But getting started takes resources we don’t quite have on our own. That’s where we’re asking for your help.

Our Original Goal: $1,000

This was to cover bare-bones essential startup costs:

$300 for safety gear & uniforms (gloves, vests, grabbers)

$400 for business insurance so we’re covered from day one

$300 for first-month expenses (gas, flyers, magnets, business cards)

Our New Goal: $2,000

This will help us get more equipment and improve our professional presence that will increase our potential to offer better services to our clients and the community.
