Our Mission: Earthbound Academy is redefining education to tackle the 21st century’s biggest challenges by empowering the next generation with hands-on, nature-centered learning. We aim to connect participants with the environment, to teach them sustainable practices, and to inspire them to become passionate stewards of our planet.

About Us: Earthbound Academy is a nonprofit organization that offers a transformative educational experience in Puerto Rico, where participants engage in sustainable practices workshops, biodynamic farming, equine therapy, field trips, and more. The program is designed for local students in need of a difference experience, for exchange programs / international students and for community members. Founded by Wasiri Bastenankh and Orianne Tairum, Earthbound Academy is designed to nurture a deep bond with nature, to instill a sense of global responsibility and to foster cultural appreciation.

Why We Need Your Help: Starting a nature-based academy requires resources! With your support, we can buy land, build a nature-based building made of recycled and repurposed materials (earthship), we can set up spaces for hands-on learning, and bring sustainable education to life. Every donation will be invested directly into program development, essential resources, and community outreach initiatives.

How Your Donation Will Make an Impact:

- Contributions between $10 and $100 will help us with start-up costs (fees to apply for grants, Wix membership, application for tax-exempt status, Google Ads for outreach efforts, etc.).

- Contributions between $100 and $500 will help us rent / buy land.

- Contribution of $500+ will help us build sustainable infrastructure.
