Hi, I’m Wayne Watkins, a football coach and performance specialist with a lifelong passion for using sport to unlock potential, both on and off the pitch.

I’ve been fortunate to work at some of the world’s biggest football clubs, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Omonoia Nicosia, supporting young players to develop confidence, focus, and resilience. I’ve also spent years in education and business, helping people and teams perform at their best. Now, I want to bring that same experience back to where it matters most, the community.
