Verdi EcoSchool began with a simple belief:

Children deserve a place to learn that honors their joy, their curiosity, their community, and the land beneath their feet.

Since 2016, our little urban farm school in the heart of the Eau Gallie Arts District has been exactly that place and as the first not for profit, place and project-based urban farm school in the entire southeastern United States, EcoSchool is not just unique—it's irreplaceable. There is no other school like this for hundreds of miles in any direction.

And it has worked. It is working. But right now, we urgently need help to keep this one-of-a-kind school thriving.

Why We Need Your Support Right Now

We are raising funds to cover essential program costs that keep this community alive and accessible to all children - regardless of background or ability to pay.

Families pay what they can, but tuition does not come close to covering the real cost of running a school like ours. And because Verdi EcoSchool is the only place and project-based urban farm school in our part of the state, losing it would mean losing a model of education that does not exist anywhere else in this region.
