Starting this GoFundMe is something we never imagined doing, but after everything we’ve been through, we truly need help.

We are a small, family-run food truck business and a single-car family. Our vehicle is essential — it pulls our food truck, gets us to events, and is how we earn our income while supporting our family and our two young boys.

Our car troubles started in the most heartbreaking way. One day before moving into our dream home, we hit a deer and our truck was totaled. Losing that vehicle turned our world upside down, especially at a time that was supposed to be full of excitement and new beginnings.

We did everything we could to move forward and purchased another vehicle, only for it to suffer engine failure just two weeks later. It spent 41 days at the dealership, leaving us without reliable transportation and falling further behind. When we finally got the vehicle back, we hoped the nightmare was over — but it broke down again on the drive home.

Since then, we’ve been doing everything possible just to keep our food truck running. That has meant renting U-Hauls to make it to our events, which has cost far more than we can afford. Each rental feels like choosing between staying afloat in our business or protecting our family’s finances. We are working hard, but the expenses keep stacking up faster than we can recover.

We’re asking for help to cover critical vehicle repairs so we can stop relying on rentals, get back on the road consistently, and focus on what matters most — running our business and taking care of our two boys.
