Help Us Keep the Speaker Series Alive
Donation protected
Over the past year, we’ve been incredibly fortunate to host brilliant scientists from around the world who generously volunteer their time to speak with our students, sometimes after long days of teaching, research, and family responsibilities. These talks have inspired our kids, sparked deep curiosity, and brought physics to life in ways few textbooks ever could.
Our last speaker spent three hours talking to the kids and answering their questions, and he is willing to return in the summer for more Q&A sessions.
To keep this Speaker Series alive and thriving, I would like to begin offering a small honorarium to our speakers as a token of appreciation for their time and expertise.
To make this possible, I’m asking for a suggested donation of $20 per student for the full academic year. With your support, I hope to invite up to 10 speakers over the coming academic year—some will give full scientific talks, while others will join us for interactive Q&A sessions where kids can ask their questions directly.
To begin lining up speakers, I need to gauge the level of interest and support from our community. If you are able and willing to contribute, please consider donating to this effort. Every donation helps and shows me the level of enthusiasm for this program.
If the response to this initiative is lukewarm, I will likely not be able to continue the Speaker Series in its current form.
