Since 2020, our small neighborhood coffee shop has been more than just a place for coffee. It has been a hub of kindness, humor, and affordable high-quality drinks. We roast our beans in-house, make syrups from scratch, and serve only organically grown, ethically sourced coffee beans and loose leaf teas. Our goal has always been to keep our menu affordable so that everyone can enjoy a great cup of coffee, tea, matcha, chai, and more!

But more than that, we are a unique place for our community to meet, relax, get to know each other, and enjoy each other’s company.

Why We Need Help

In the span of just a few days, disaster has struck:

• Our shop flooded, damaging our POS system, espresso machine, grinder, ice machine, and destroying all the paper products we had on hand.

• Because of the flooding we lost three full days of revenue, our busiest days of the week, during a holiday weekend. For a small, independent shop already working with thin margins to keep costs affordable for all, this loss was devastating.

• On top of all this, one of our team member’s mother unfortunately passed away.

We are heartbroken. Without funds, we cannot repair or replace the essentials needed to keep serving our community. We’re at risk of losing the very heart of the Hilltop, a place built on kindness, inclusion, and good coffee.

How Your Donation Helps

Your contribution will go directly toward:

• Replacing vital equipment (espresso machine, grinder, ice machine, POS system, etc).

• Repairing damage to the space itself.

• Restocking supplies so we can continue serving our community with the highest quality.

• Covering some of the revenue lost from being closed during our busiest days.

Every dollar helps us recover, keep our doors open, and continue to be a bright spot in our neighborhood.
