Hey y’all. Our wonderful dog chili needs some help. He unfortunately was a black dog on a dark road and got hit in the rear by a driver who was so so sorry she hit him. But he got the small injury high up on his rear. But the cone my wife made for him wouldn’t stay on and he got it off and licked all his skin off his rear right leg and up onto his side. It’s horrific to look at. He is such a sweetheart dog in so much pain he doesn’t deserve. I hate asking people for help but we live up cape labelle off grid and cannot afford to take him to the vet. Cody the vet in tonasket said 600-800$ to clean and stitch it up with meds to keep him alive. We really really need some help to keep our baby alive we don’t have kids just three dogs and two horses which we spoil like crazy. It’s just a bad time right now and we can’t bear the thought of losing him to something that could be fixed. Please share this sweet dogs story and help in any way possible.
