Our service dog in-training was hit by a car today. 
We are heart broken. Took her to the veterinary hospital and she has a broken leg. 
She was in shock and is all bruised and scraped but she will make it. 
I don’t have $5000 to do the operation and recovery. 
The hospital was able to find a rescue place that will take her and do the surgery, but we must surrender our dog and never see her again. 
It seems so unfair. We love her. We want to keep her. This was an accident and the driver didn’t even stop!  Would you help us?
