Hi, I’m Greg—some know me as Iceman. I’m reaching out because, in just a few days, our internet will be shut off if we can’t pay the bill. This isn’t just about Wi-Fi. I’m a retired military veteran with severe PTSD. Managing that every day is a struggle, but online streaming and mental health communities are a lifeline for me. I find relief in helping others with PTSD and mental health, offering a sense of brotherhood when they feel alone. My wife is Emily—known as Mrs. Iceman—disabled from a life-altering accident, with over 30 surgeries and surviving breast cancer three times. She can only DoorDash so much. Our daughter, Hailey—who I lovingly call Bob—has overcome so much, from PTSD to mental health struggles. She’s doing online college, hoping for a career while applying for disability. We live in a small trailer, and the internet is our lifeline—medical appointments, support, and financial stability. Without it, we’d have to scrape by weeks of DoorDashing, missing what helps us survive. Any help—truly, any amount—means the world. Thank you so much! P.S. We’ve researched local and online assistance programs, but the funds are minimal. Anything you can offer is truly a blessing.
