My husband Brandon and I were both just laid off from our full time jobs and are in need of any assistance possible. We worked at the same company and since the company is reorganizing, we were unfortunately let go without warning or severance.

We are in an extremely difficult position as we are 1st time home owners. We just got our home last year and also had the wedding we always wanted. On top of caring for ourselves and home, we also have a dog named Sequoia and a cat named Willow.

Since we don't have money in savings due to the wedding and down payment on the house, have some credit card debt, mortgage payments, utility bills, a car payment, and animals to take care of, we are in need of financial assistance while we search for new jobs.

We have both applied for unemployment but the max they can provide us per week is less than 1/4 of what we were making before.

With inflation being so bad in Florida, this is crippling us. We are terrified of loosing our home that we worked so hard to get. This is our paradise and the animals are our world. Any amount will help us.
