Hello, everyone seasons of my life, and asking for help doesn’t come easily for me, but I’m at a point where I truly need support.

In May, I unexpectedly lost my job and spent five months unemployed. During that time, I applied everywhere within my career field and far outside of it. I put my pride aside, stayed consistent, and did everything I could to secure stable employment, but I faced rejection after rejection. Despite my efforts, nothing came through.

Eventually, I was able to pick up a part-time position at my twin sister’s job. While I am grateful for the opportunity, the income simply isn’t enough to cover my basic living expenses. I’ve been doing my best to play catch-up, juggling bills, prioritizing necessities, and stretching every dollar, but it has not been enough.

I have lived in my home for the past three years, and the thought of losing our safe space has been incredibly overwhelming. Khaza is more than just my dog, he’s my emotional support, my comfort, and my constant during a very difficult time.

I am reaching out with humility to ask for help from anyone who is able. Any contribution will go directly toward rent, utilities, and essential expenses to help keep a roof over our heads while I continue working toward financial stability.
