Help Us Keep Our Home for Our Special Kids

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read. I am desperately attempting to save my family from being evicted. I have tried every possible charity or government assistance program that is offered by my city, my county, and my state, and nothing is working out. My children are 16, 13, and 8. My oldest is transgender and has found a life where he's comfortable and accepted as his true self in his highschool, and my youngest is on the spectrum. So, our home environment changing will be absolutely devastating to my children and extremely hard for them to adjust. Me and my partner Jennifer both were raised by grandparents who are long passed and we have no other family left in the world. It's just us and our kids.
