Help Us Keep Our Home and Small Business

My name is Catherine, and I’m reaching out for help to keep a roof over our heads. I live with my two sons, Jake and Josh. For the past three months, Jake has been very sick and unable to work. He was on disability, but now that it’s ended, his employer has only given him two days a week. He’s searching for more work, but in the meantime, our rent and bills are piling up faster than we can manage.

I have COPD and can’t work, so my sons have been supporting me since I became unable to work. Right now, everything is falling on Josh’s shoulders. He runs his own small business, but he’s struggling to keep it afloat while also trying to cover our family’s living expenses. We’re at a breaking point—our rent and utilities are overdue, and we’re in real danger of losing our home, having our utilities cut off, and Josh losing his shop.
