My name is Christopher, and I’m reaching out for help for my family—my fiancée Kelly, our son Jace, and myself. The past few months have been incredibly hard. Kelly has been battling several health issues and hasn’t been able to work much. Then, about a month ago, I came down with pneumonia. Just as I was starting to recover, I developed blood clots in both lungs. This has left us struggling to keep up with our rent, utilities, and car payment.

We’ve lived in our home for 12 years, but now we’ve received an eviction notice and are at risk of losing both our car and our home this holiday season. On top of that, we have no money for Christmas presents or to celebrate Jace’s birthday on the 16th. We’ve never reached out or asked for help before, but right now, we’re at a loss and don’t know where else to turn.
