My wife and I are facing one of the hardest moments of our lives. We recently lost everything we had, and now we’re struggling to keep up with basic needs. We work seasonal jobs in a smaller city in California, but this year the seasons have been unusually slow. Our work keeps getting pushed back, and we haven’t been able to find other jobs because the whole town is quiet right now.

With our income delayed, we’re falling behind on all our bills. Our car is about to be repossessed, and we’re four days away from not being able to pay rent.
