In January, my world changed when my father passed away. Since then, I’ve done everything I can to keep my family together. My mother and brother, who was my dad’s main caretaker, moved in with me so we could support each other through this loss. Around the same time, I got custody of my daughters, and suddenly our household grew overnight. While we’ve tried to adjust and make things work, we recently received a summons letter threatening eviction. The stress and uncertainty have been overwhelming, especially knowing my mom is partially immobile and my daughters need a safe place to call home.

I’m doing everything I can, but we’re in a dire situation and need help to keep our family together. The funds raised will go directly toward first month’s rent and supporting my mother and brother as we try to get back on our feet. Anything helps, no matter how big or small.
