My fiancee and I are in the midst of a painful custody battle for her 2-year-old son. Her ex's family has used bullying, lies, threats, and unfounded accusations, along with their financial resources, to try to take and keep custody of her little boy. Despite everything, we have sacrificed so much for him—making every doctor’s appointment, getting him to and from daycare, and taking on all the financial responsibilities that come with raising a child. This is the second time her ex’s family has tried to take him away, and it’s heartbreaking to see the toll it takes on both my fiancee and her son.

We are doing everything we can to provide a safe, loving, and stable home for him, but the legal system can be overwhelming when you’re up against people with more resources. The funds we raise will go directly toward hiring an attorney who can match the legal power of her ex’s family. With your help, we can give her son the chance to stay with the family that truly loves and cares for him. We don't want to be unfair to them we just want our family to be whole again. We are not greedy people we never wanted full custody just our 50/50 custody but that wasn't good enough for them no my fiancee cries herself to sleep every night blaming herself
