My name is Patti, and I am reaching out for help for my family. Previously I posted that Olivia was in danger of becoming a ward of the state, and that is no longer true. I spoke directly with the Director of Social Services in the state of MO. He in fact stated that Olivia is NOT going to be removed from our home because we haven’t completed the guardianship which is a huge relief!! We are in need of assistance with our potential attorney, which we have not yet hired. My son is not eligible for financial assistance, yet the costs to obtain an attorney is quite high.
