My mom has been diagnosed with AML, a form of leukemia. It was thought to have been an infection in her gums and she was put on medication. When the medication didn't work and she became more sick, my brother took her back to the hospital and tests were done. Her levels were in a critical state and she was transported by med flight to University Hospital in Indianapolis for further testing. We received the leukemia diagnosis, along with a blood clot in her lung. She is on forced air oxygen at 45%. We were told she would be here for a while. She has started a chemo treatment and will be adding another chemo drug in the near future.

My brother and I, along with our kids, live with her and we are in need of some help. We will be taking on all the rent, utilities, and other household expenses. Not to mention traveling back and forth to visit and be with her during this very scary time. Anything will help, even if it's just your prayers and positive vibes! We want her to be able to rest and get better and have a house to come home to. Thank you in advance for anything you are able to help us with.
