**Help Us Keep Our Candle Business Aglow!**
Dear Friends and Supporters, We are reaching out to share the challenges we're facing with our very small candle business.
As many of you know, creating high-quality candles is not just our job; it’s our passion. Unfortunately, our aging equipment is breaking down, and the problems are mounting.
Our heating elements are failing, causing our machines to shut off unexpectedly, which leads to lost production time and frustration. It often takes 6-8 hours just to melt the wax again. Additionally, our dipping tanks have developed holes, which compromise the quality of our candles, resulting in washed-out colors and unsightly bubbles. I frequently find myself remaking candles multiple times just to achieve a result I can be proud of. This is a huge burden as it is a waste of time and resources and we cannot be sure if the candle will come out correctly anymore. It is a fight to make even our simplest designs these days. We have often found ourselves on the brink of closing shop as we cannot see the “light at the end of the tunnel”.
While we know the economy is tough, we are committed to keeping our business alive and thriving. We want to continue creating beautiful art for you—candles that bring warmth and joy into your lives. But right now, we need your help to replace our failing equipment.
