Help us keep flushdyke stray dog kennels open in Ossett!
Donation protected
Flushdyke kennels are a small stray and rehoming kennel.
They are really close to closing down due to them struggling financially, which would mean if the 40 + dogs can't be rehomed, they will be put to sleep and all other kennels are full.
The dog food costs atleast £400 per week, then there is staff wages and then the bills on top of that.
Flushdyke do not have a charity status and they cannot get it as they are a business (like most, a failing one in this economical crisis)
They get no funding, it's just one lady owner who is trying to pay for it herself.
The owner is willing to sell for 200k (land and kennel business) if anyone wants to buy it, or if we can raise enough as a group to run it.
Please help us keep the kennels open until there's a new buyer, who will hopefully turn it around and make a profit.
Our group (Toby's guardian angels helping strays at flushdyke kennels) which is on Facebook, do a fiver Fridays if others out of the group wants to join in.
Thank you for donating, everyone £1 helps feed the dogs and gets everything they and the kennels need!
The dogs need us, they have no one else!
