Hi, my name is Vannessa Middleton, and along with my husband Matt and our children Tristin and Trinity, we’ve poured our hearts into Dawson Pointe Stables in Oregon, WI since 2017. This farm is more than just a job. It’s our home, our passion, and our family. We’ve been a staple in the horse community, hosting shows where youth and horse enthusiasts come to grow, compete, and dream. Every day, we’ve given everything—our time, our freedom, and our love—to create a place where every horse and boarder feels like family.

Without any warning, the owners have decided to sell the farm, and it’s been killing us inside. We’ve been overwhelmed with stress and sadness, just waiting for the inevitable. This has been my dream my whole life, and I am absolutely devastated. If we don’t buy this place, whoever takes over might shut it down, remove all the boarders, and Dawson Pointe Stables would be gone forever.

We need the money quickly to prevent the sale to anyone else. We have been trying to buy it by breaking up the property so we could afford it, but if we have enough donations, we’d love to buy the entire property to keep Dawson the way it is. Unfortunately every step of the way, there’s been a new hurdle, and despite our best efforts, we’re falling short.
