My dad was the kind of guy who never met a stranger. He always had a smile, a laugh, and was the life of every conversation. He was the breadwinner in the family, supporting not only my mom but also caring for my grandmother, his mother-in-law. He meant the world to so many people, always going out of his way to help anyone who needed it—whether it was neighbors needing home repairs or folks at the grocery store who needed a hand. He was an example of how to be a good citizen and lift those around him up.

Since his passing, our family has faced a lot of challenges. Both my mother and grandmother are living on social security benefits, which just isn't enough to cover the bills. We don't want to sell the house because owning this property was so important to Dad, and it's where we've built so many memories together. In addition to the house, there are personal vehicles and other bills that need to be paid and maintained, and it's been difficult to keep up without his support.

We're asking for help to keep our family together in the home my dad worked so hard to provide.
