URGENT: Please Help Us Protect Cian

We are in the fight of our lives for my nephew, Cian.

In December, emergency custody was granted to his father after serious concerns were raised about his safety and well-being. For the past two months, Cian has been in a calm, structured, loving home. He has been able to sleep peacefully, eat healthy meals, and receive proper care.

During this time, therapy sessions revealed deeply concerning disclosures. A pediatrician documented troubling signs and concerns. Reports were made.

Despite this, a recent court ruling has ordered Cian to be returned.

He has told us he wants to stay. He has shared that he is scared to go back. No child should feel fear about where they are sent to live.

Our family is devastated — but we are not giving up on him.

We must move immediately to hire an experienced attorney to file an emergency motion and pursue an appeal so that all evidence can be fully and fairly reviewed. This legal fight is urgent and expensive.
