Alfie is a 12 year old boy with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is 100% fatal

He has recently poured his heart out on many media platforms about his fear of loosing his ability to walk and his life expectancy. As the BELFAST TRUST refuse to give him access to a drug that could potentially keep him walking for longer, in Alfie’s own words is this is cruel and unfair and that he is scared

Though 8 years ago when Alfie was diagnosed with this horrible disease, we made him a promise that we would do everything in our power to fight for Alfie and get Alfie the best care that there could possibly be for him. So while we wait and continue to fight with the Belfast Trust that continue to refuse our son a drug that could help him in his own home country we again will have to continue fundraising to take Alfie to America as we have done for the last 5 years.
