Most of you know my mom but for those that don’t her name is Debra. She is the strongest woman that I know, the rock of our family. So you can only imagine our shock and surprise on 1/6/24 when what we thought was a minor issue turned into cancer.

Last month, our lives were turned upside down when my mom, Debra, was diagnosed with stage 4 extensive small cell lung cancer, an aggressive form of cancer. Unfortunately, the cancer has already spread rapidly throughout parts of mom’s body. This has been a huge blow and entirely unanticipated. We are currently grappling with a whirlwind of emotions, including shock, fear, and uncertainty about the future, and are doing everything we can to foster the strength needed to face and fight the journey ahead.

This diagnosis has left her unable to work, putting immense financial strain and extra stress. We humbly ask for your support during this incredibly challenging time. Any funds raised will go towards covering medical expenses, daily living costs, and any other unforeseen expenses that arise as we navigate this difficult journey.

It breaks our hearts to have to ask for help, but I know that we can’t get through this alone. Your generosity will help alleviate some of the financial burdens we are facing and allow her to focus on her treatment and recovery. Any donation big or small, or even saying a special prayer for my mom, is incredibly appreciated and meaningful beyond words.
