Dear friends, family and kind strangers,

We’re reaching out to ask for your support as we navigate the sudden loss of our beautiful Edra – beloved son and nephew – who passed away on the 10th January.

Edra was 16 years old, with his 17th birthday just months away in June. He was brilliant, kind and full of promise – we dreamed of seeing him study at Oxford University, and he’d already visited the campus and felt it was where he belonged. He was thriving in sixth form, with just one more year to go before choosing his path. He was the light of our lives, and we want to give him a send-off worthy of the amazing young man he was.

As a family, we’ve always prioritized caring for one another – two years ago, we laid my mother to rest with love and care. Now, we’re focusing all our energy on honouring Edra, and we’d be grateful for any support to help us give him the dignified farewell he deserves.

Every contribution – big or small – will go directly to funeral costs, and sharing this page would mean just as much to us.
