There are no words to express the roller coaster of emotions my brother George and I are experiencing right now. We all know how much of a light our mother was, and will always be, in our lives.
After years of living with chronic pain, working with a disability, and the heavy toll of recovery, we take comfort in knowing she is finally at peace. Her spirit is not gone—she has simply changed form. I imagine her being welcomed by the ancestors, surrounded by light, and watching over us with the same unwavering love she has always shown.
Since her sudden passing, George and I have been navigating time-sensitive tasks that leave very little room to simply grieve. Because I am in the Netherlands and he is in Arizona, organizing these final arrangements across continents is becoming incredibly overwhelming, both logistically and financially.
So many of you have kindly asked how you can support us from afar during this time. If you feel called to share your blessings, any contribution will go directly toward the costs of her memorial, a celebration of her life, and the necessary arrangements required to lay her to rest.
Thank you for the love, the messages, and the support you’ve already shown us. Even if you are not in a position to donate at this time, simply sharing this page or leaving a memory of her below means the world to us.
We will post the details & date of services as soon as we can.
We are eternally grateful,
Roxy & George
