My name is Tou Vue, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. My mother, Xe Xiong, unfortunately passed away in her sleep.

My mom was the strongest and kindest person I’ve ever known. She worked hard her entire life and always put her family first. No matter how little she had, she made sure we were taken care of. She and my father grew up poor in the jungles of Southeast Asia, and through courage and determination, brought our family to this country to build a better life.

She gave everything for us, her time, her energy, and her love. She was the heart of our family, and her absence leaves a hole that can never be filled.

As we prepare to say our final goodbyes, we want to give her the respectful and loving funeral she deserves. Unfortunately, the total cost of the funeral and related expenses will be around $40,000, which is more than our family can manage on our own.
