We’re heartbroken to share that our beloved brother, father, friend, son, and uncle, Vanderek Hamiel, has passed away. He was the kind of person who loved deeply and gave selflessly—always the first to help someone in need, to make you laugh, or simply to remind you that you mattered. His heart was big enough for everyone, and his presence brought comfort, warmth, and light into our lives.
Even in his final moments, Vanderek continued to give. As an organ donor, he used his last breath to offer the gift of life to others—just one more example of the kind of person he was.
His legacy of love and generosity lives on in ways we can’t even fully measure. Now, as we face the painful task of saying our final goodbyes, we’re asking for help to give him the farewell he truly deserves.
