In Loving Memory of Trivez L. Washington

It is with heavy hearts that we share the tragic and untimely passing of our beloved, Trivez, who lost his life to gun violence on April 22 .He was only 30 years old — , a brother, a friend, a father, and a light in so many people’s lives.

Trivez was full of life, laughter, and love. His smile could brighten the darkest room, and his heart was always open to anyone in need. He had dreams, goals, and a future that was stolen too soon.

He was a loving, joyful soul who never liked to see anyone hurting. He had a special way of lifting people up with his smile, his jokes, and his warm heart. He loved God deeply, preached the gospel every day, and lived with faith, love, and purpose. He also had a passion for music — rapping and creating songs that shared his story and touched others. Above all, he was a proud father to his beautiful one-year-old child, who was the light of his life.

Our family is devastated. No one is ever prepared for this kind of loss, emotionally or financially. We are starting this GoFundMe to help cover the cost of funeral and memorial expenses, and to allow us to lay him to rest with the dignity and peace he deserves. Any funds raised beyond those costs will go toward supporting our family during this incredibly difficult time.
