Dear Friends and Family, We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has donated to or shared our fundraiser. Your generosity and support mean the world to us during this challenging time.  We are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of our beloved Elaine Johnson-Javey, on June 13, 2024. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, niece, aunt and cousin. She was known for her love of family, good cooking, and quick-witted sense of humor.  As we continue to navigate this difficult time, we are reaching out to our community for support to create a fitting memorial that honors Elaine’s life and legacy. Most importantly, we would like to make it possible for Elaine’s 5 children and numerous grandchildren, many of whom live out of state, to attend her service. This won’t be possible without your help.   Our Goal: We aim to raise $12,000 to help Elaine’s children, Floyd, Lenora, Keith, Larry, and Myesha, cover the expenses of laying their beloved mother to rest.
