It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved grandfather, Van Chhay, who left us on March 23, 2025, at the age of 79 due to complications from high blood pressure in Memot, Cambodia.

Van was born on June 13, 1946, and lived a life full of resilience, love, and quiet strength. He lived through the Khmer Rouge and had many children who he all loved dearly. Whether it was through his stories, wisdom, or quiet support, he made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

As we prepare to say our final goodbyes, we are humbly asking for any help to cover the funeral/boun and 7 days for my grandpa. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help us give him the respectful and dignified farewell he deserves.
