On August 20, 2025, our beloved matriarch, Alberta, gained her wings at the beautiful age of 82. She was a loving, generous, and sometimes hilariously “crazy” ball of joy who touched the lives of everyone she met. To know her was to be blessed by her laughter, kindness, and endless love.

Alberta, affectionately known as Albie and Nana to all, leaves behind a legacy of love and family. She is survived by her 3 granddaughters, Patricia Hendricks, Dezire Sims, and Vanessa Phillips, 8 great grandchildren Brandon, TayTay, Carissa, Izaya, Elyziah, Deztiny, Jazmyn, Tj, and her only great great grandson Noah, her daughter-in-law Carmen Pabon, her brother Robert Young, and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who adored her deeply.

As a family, we want to give her the farewell she deserves — one filled with love, honor, and dignity. Unfortunately, funeral expenses are a heavy burden, and we are humbly asking for your help during this difficult time. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly toward covering her funeral and memorial costs.
