It is with broken hearts that we share the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother, Eva Herod. Her loss has left a deep hole in our lives, and we are doing our best to come together to honor her memory.

Eva was a hardworking, compassionate woman who spent her life caring for others—especially her family and the many residents she served while working at the nursing home in Throckmorton, Texas. She had a giving heart and a quiet strength, always putting others before herself and making everyone feel seen and loved.

As this loss was sudden and unexpected, we were not financially prepared for the cost of funeral arrangements and are humbly asking for donations to help us give her the loving service she deserves. Any contribution, no matter the amount, means the world to us and will go directly toward covering funeral and memorial expenses.
