It is with unimaginable sorrow that we share the heartbreaking loss of D'Quan Mizzick, the beloved son of Pastors D'Angelo and Nezzie Mizzick of City of Expectation Church. D'Quan was reported missing on July 5, 2026, and after days of desperate searching, he was tragically found deceased on July 7, 2026, in a lake in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Our hearts are shattered.
D'Quan was a vibrant, fun-loving young man whose smile could light up any room. He had a deep love for music, enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and brought joy to everyone blessed to know him. His life was a gift, and his memory will forever live in the hearts of those who loved him.
As his family walks through this unimaginable tragedy, we are asking our community, friends, and all those whose hearts are moved to help support them during this difficult time.
