Help Us Honor Steven Dougan's Memory

It deeply saddens me to inform you all that on March 4th at 10:22 pm, we lost my father, Steven Dougan. As some of you may know, he was not in the best health but fought long and hard and had so many by his side with love and support. If you knew Steve, you were lucky. There was never a dull moment with him around; he was always finding the good in things and trying to be positive as much as he could! He loved relaxing on the couch, watching movies or his favorite TV shows. He loved his sneakers and was always online shopping for new ones. He was the most selfless person I’ve ever met, willing to help anybody at any time. He’d give you the shirt off his back and the last dollar in his pocket without hesitation.

We’re raising this money to give my dad the proper service he deserves. His wish was to be cremated, which can be a bit pricey, so we’re hoping anyone who can help will, and if not, that’s ok! Even just sharing helps! What we want most is for everyone to keep our family in their prayers and be at peace with knowing my dad is no longer suffering and that he will always be loved.

I personally want to thank everyone who was there for my dad, thank you for caring for him. I know life can be hectic, but I know he appreciated every little thing that was done for him and his family.

Steve’s celebration of life service will be held at Comfort Cremations located at 1027 Main Street in Worcester on Saturday, March 15th. Hours are 1-4pm.
