I’m heartbroken to share that my cousin Simone was in a tragic motorcycle accident last night and didn’t make it. To know Simone was to love her—she was kind, loving, daring, funny, and would give the shirt off her back to anyone.

She leaves behind two beautiful boys who are just beginning to understand that their mom is never coming home. Simone was more than a cousin to me; she was my sister.

Funerals are expensive, and our family could really use help raising funds for her services. Any contribution, big or small, would mean the world to us.
