It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved father, Roberto Castillo-Ochoa. For many years he made San Mateo his home, becoming well known throughout the community for his warm spirit and for the many miles he spent riding his bike around town.

Roberto was a devoted father, a proud grandpa, and a loving brother. He leaves behind his eleven children and his former wife, who together will carry on his memory and the love he shared with all of us.

As we grieve this immense loss, we are also facing the unexpected expenses of honoring his life. We have created this GoFundMe to help cover funeral and memorial costs so we can celebrate him the way he deserves.

Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. We will share specific dates and times as soon as they are finalized so that friends, neighbors, and all who knew him can join us in remembering the remarkable man he was.
