Hey, this is Patrick’s sister, Mary-Kate. Pat has had a long year and a half fight against testicular cancer. After many rounds of chemotherapy, surgeries, and clinical trials, it breaks my heart to say that he is terminal. Pat was placed on hospice yesterday to help with pain and keep him comfortable until his passing. I’m creating this gofundme so we can give Patrick the proper burial he wants and so deserves.
