We are creating this GoFundMe with heavy hearts as we try to give our mom the headstone she deserves.

Losing her has been the hardest thing we’ve ever faced, and not being able to finalize her resting place has made the grieving process even more painful.

The total cost of her headstone is est. $2,000. My sister and I have been trying to save as much as we can, but we’ve run into obstacles we never expected. Our dad (her husband), has chosen not to help at all, leaving the responsibility entirely on us. We’ve been doing our best, but the cost has been overwhelming, and it hurts even more knowing she still doesn’t have the memorial she deserves!

We don’t like asking for help, especially after needing support for her funeral, but we also can’t let her go without a proper headstone.

She mattered. She loved deeply. And we want to honor her in a way that reflects that.
