Our dear father and friend John (Jack) Harrigan also known as Poppy passed away suddenly August 8th at home. Unfortunately he did not have enough insurance to cover the cost of a proper funeral and other expense incurred with his sudden passing. Jack was a 26 year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Dept. and life member of the Knights of Columbus. In recent years he has lived with his daughter and son in law in Lewes, De. His family is not only having to deal with the loss of their loved one they are trying to give him the funeral he deserved.
