Hello everyone! My name is Aaliyah. I am creating this GoFundMe to help me and my family lay my grandmother to rest. For the last 5 years, she has been fighting for her life. She is a 4x survivor of breast cancer, only to be met with rapid onset Alzheimer's 2 years ago. She has been in an assisted living facility for Alzheimer’s patients since March of this year.

Over the last 6 days, she’s rapidly declined. She’s no longer eating, speaking, opening her eyes, or moving. She’s on medication to make her comfortable. As of today, 9/17, her breathing has dropped from 55% to 22% in a matter of hours. She is not expected to make it through the night. I have solely been financially responsible for all her needs and the planning of her cremation and burial. I would be so grateful for any donations to help lay her to rest. She was the light of the family, my and my siblings' protection through our childhood, and the person we could most rely on. She means the world to us three kids, and this has been a devastating experience and she truly deserves the best service in her honor.
