My name Mack , and with a heavy heart I’m sharing that my mother Kim recently passed away after a difficult and courageous battle with ALS.

ALS is a devastating disease that slowly takes away a person’s ability to move, speak, and care for themselves. Throughout her journey, my mother faced each challenge with strength, grace, and determination. Even as her body weakened, her spirit remained strong. She was surrounded by love, and we did everything we could to support her through this incredibly difficult illness.

My mother was the heart of our family. She was someone who gave endlessly to others, always offering kindness, wisdom, and encouragement to those around her. Losing her has left a deep void in our lives, but we are grateful for the memories, lessons, and love she leaves behind.

As we navigate this time of grief, we are also faced with the unexpected financial responsibilities that come with laying a loved one to rest. We want to honor my mother with a dignified service that reflects the beautiful life she lived.

Because ALS care can be incredibly costly, our family is reaching out to our community for support in helping cover funeral and memorial expenses.
