My brother was an amazing big brother with a huge heart. He was just trying to get himself and his wife home safely before a big storm hit when tragedy struck. He was killed while riding his bicycle, struck by a car, and dragged for a distance before the driver stopped and called for help. This devastating event happened right in front of his wife, and now our family is left heartbroken and unsure how to move forward.

He leaves behind six children—four biological and two stepchildren—who adored him. My mom is retired and on a fixed income, and we are struggling to find a way to honor his memory and give him the farewell he deserves. The funds raised will help us cover burial expenses, hold a service, and bring loved ones together to celebrate his life as an amazing son, brother, husband, father, and friend.
