My name is Kianee Bailey and I am creating this fundraiser to honor my big brother who suddenly passed away on Saturday, August 30th 2025.

Marcel Bailey was born on June 17, 1990 to two loving parents who gave him the best life possible. Born prematurely with many developmental disabilities Marcel was loved deeply by everyone who knew him. Known to many people as "Cel" he loved to go on walks, listen to music and be with his family. Even though the world looked at him different in our world he was nothing short of PERFECT. He was a loving son, grandson, brother , nephew, uncle and cousin.

Heaven gained an angel, and our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to our Celly Cel. While we trust that he is now at peace in the presence of God, the pain of loss remains deeply felt on Earth. We are creating this fundraiser to help give Marcel the farewell he deserves. One filled with love, faith and dignity.
