On June 11th 2026, our lives changed forever. My wife and I went for a routine follow up appointment and anatomy scan to see how big our daughter was getting almost 20 weeks into the pregnancy. That’s when our world came crashing down as we learned our daughter had passed away. Everything had been perfectly normal up until that point as well. We were sent to the hospital where they induced my wife and she gave birth to our beautiful daughter. I was able to hold her in my hands, see her beautiful face, and just cry.

June 15th 2026, we laid our daughter to rest. Our hearts are broken, our family is shattered, we are mad, angry, confused, shocked, hurting more than words can express.  We were able to get her a plot in the cemetery in a beautiful spot.

We ordered her headstone on June 24th 2026. We will be receiving many hospital bills in the coming weeks due to my wife having a high deductible plan. Her employer also does not offer maternity or bereavement leave, so she will be missing several days of unpaid leave. 

Please keep her, our son, and myself in your thoughts and prayers as we simply just try to make it through this. We have never done a gofundme or like asking for help but the cost of everything is very sudden and difficult. We completely understand if nobody wants to donate and just simply sharing this would mean the world.
